Air Force Museum at Vigna di Valle

Established in 1977 and expanded several times in recent years, is the largest, fascinating and spectacular aviation museum in Italy.
Between Bracciano and Anguillara, stands on the site of the first Italian station for seaplanes and document precisely the history of flight in our country from its origins to today with many original aircraft, plasticity, documentary material and works of art. From the replica of the Wright's first plane that flew in Italy 1909 (and its engine running well) up to the Fiat G.91 Tricolour Arrows, The museum's four hangars housing aircraft and aeronautical interesting curiosity for the whole family. Of particular importance are the documents related to Umberto Nobile and its shipments to the North Pole airship Norge (1926) and Italia (1928).
